OVERVIEW:
United Way of the Capital Area has been a client of Event Resources’ for many years, and their annual Jumpstart event is perhaps one of their most important. Event Resources is proud to assist the United Way and so many other important non-profits organizations in the Greater Hartford Area. This event signifies the beginning of their fundraising year – and it has been hosted since 2003 in the 11th floor auditorium at Capital Community College in Hartford. At this campaign training session, attendees are learn about the United Way and their mission. There are also extremely relevant activities for guests – ones that force them to consider the issues that face the recipients and constituents of the United Way Campaign. For this important meeting, Event Resources provides staging, drapery, sound and video support, room layout, and lobby display materials.
