OVERVIEW:
Many graduation ceremonies are held in spaces that were not built for public speaking events. The University of Hartford’s Commencement Ceremony was certainly no exception. The natural architecture of the average gymnasium isn’t always conducive to the high sound quality required at a graduation. Event Resources’ sound services were brought in to meet the challenge of creating exceptional sound quality in an otherwise acoustically difficult space. A system of many speakers, distributed through out the arena, were utilized to make sure everyone could hear the graduation well with out it sounding too load or reverberant in any area of the arena.
