OVERVIEW:
CME Events, based in Glastonbury, CT, engaged Event Resources to assist with several very important business meetings in New Jersey. St. Paul Travelers had a subsidiary in NJ that was ready for a name change and this deserved a big rollout to the agents in this territory. On two consecutive days, in different cities in NJ, we produced a breakfast meeting in conjunction with CME Events. Event Resources was responsible for the presentation including staging, sound, a Lucite lectern, custom background panels, video projection, stage lighting, confetti explosions, and making sure the entire event ran like clockwork. While Event Resources is proud to be Hartford-based, we are ready to work with clients from New Jersey to Maine, and we work on the Connecticut shoreline and the Boston area regularly.
