OVERVIEW:
In 2006, Event Resources produced two campaign announcements in a venue we know very well – Hartford’s own Old State House. John Destefano and Ned Lamont used the Court Room of the Old State House to launch for campaigns. Its Ionic columns and high ceilings make it a perfect venue for political proclamations. And, because we’ve produced events in most of the rooms in the Old State House for years, its staff has been kind enough to recommend us to parties who wish to rent the space. DeStefano’s announcement that he was running for Governor, high energy and spirited, was the beginning of the political season for Mayor Destefano and Event Resources.
