OVERVIEW:
Event Resources was thrilled to have been involved in CARMAX’s Hartford Grand Opening – as it marked the first of a series of New England openings for the southern dealership, and the continued rebirth of the Hartford area. Event Resources managed every aspect of the grand opening ceremony event production and management –including supplying staging and sound in several areas, securing an MC for their traditional Road Rally events, and coordinating the décor and food and beverage needs. In addition to the ceremony itself, Event Resources also had a presence at the dealership for the following two weekends, where we oversaw balloon giveaways and a complimentary cappuccino service.
