OVERVIEW:
What a great way to spend your lunch hour! Event Resources produced 5 years of the Old State House’s Lunchtime Summer Concert Series on the green outside the facility, and another 5 years at the old Main Street Market across Main St. from the Old State House. It created a fun environment in which Hartford professionals could spend some time outside on their breaks and enjoy a variety of styles of live music. For this series, Event Resources was the series producer, which meant that we found the sponsors, hired the bands, promoted the events, as well a providing the physical production elements of staging, sound, audience chairs, and on-site staffing. The best part about the Old State House’s Lunchtime Summer Concert Series was that it was sponsored by a Hartford institution, performed by local bands, and attended by Hartford constituents.
