The Shops at Evergreen Walk

OVERVIEW:
This fashion show and subsequent reception is physically one of the largest fashion shows and special events that Event Resources has designed and produced. To celebrate the opening of The Shops at Evergreen Walk, a fashion show was put on that included clothing from all of the center’s dozens of clothing stores. ERI built the event’s entire infrastructure from its massive tent to its equally sized runway and backdrop– all in a sloped parking lot. The runway demanded a substantial amount of lighting, and needed to be large enough for the 600 attendees to see clearly. ERI’s logistical responsibility included managing all of the elements of a large scale production including 20,000 square feet of tenting and heating thereof, temporary power and its distribution, sound, lighting, staging, stage décor, audience seating, dressing room accommodations, catering logistics, town permitting, and on site management for every aspect of the event. The set up for the event took place over a week’s time, but the removal had to happen over night to allow for the parking lot to be used for the shoppers the next day.
