OVERVIEW:
Event Resources has collaborated with The Ethel Walker School to produce their commencement service for the past five years. One thing has always remained consistent: EWS prefers that everyone in attendance can see each member of the graduating class and faculty on stage. With that goal in mind, Event Resources constructs custom seating risers with a wide curvature, to optimize the class’ visibility. Also, because of New England’s unpredictable springtime weather, the stage area is well lit for the event. It is surprising how dark it gets inside a tent that size! ERI also provides the sound system so that even in an acoustically challenging tent environment, every speech can be heard.
