OVERVIEW:
ESPN came to us with a challenge and we met it. The meeting first occurred at the Farmington Marriott and then at the Aqua Turf Club in Southington. The ESPN Meeting producers wanted to create an environment in which all 265 management employees attending these high-level meetings could see one another, and the round table participants in the center while seated at classroom tables. As always, space and budget were a concern. Event Resources worked within the limitations of the room and ESPN’s budget, to create the elevated classroom stadium style seating in these pictures. The final product was a formation in which every ESPN employee could see the presentation, and one another. This project is a great example of the types of challenges that we love to address – it allows us to be innovative and think outside the box.
