OVERVIEW:
The local CB Richard Ellis office holds an annual real estate forecast event every January. For several years running, these sessions have been at the Hartford Stage. Event Resources helps the real estate group meet a number of challenges within the space. The Hartford Stage is a great venue, but using it sometimes means working with their existing set pieces on stage – should a show be in session. ERI uses pipe and drape to cover the Hartford Stage’s set decorations as minimally as necessary for the efficacy of the event to help bring focus to the presenter. Also, we installed a large projection screen to support the presentation, and a pair of matching lecterns for the speakers. It was also our responsibility to work with the Hartford Stage’s crew to adapt their sound and lighting to the needs of this event.
