Arnold is the greater Hartford area’s go-to man for event production. If you work in this region and you hold events, it’s a sure bet you’ve heard of him. A leader in the event industry since 1989, Arnold’s commitment to excellence and creativity is unparalleled.
Arnold’s background includes a degree in theater and design, and posts as production manager at both the Austin Arts Center and the Hartford Ballet.
AJ’s background and expertise in sound, video, lighting and production is a tremendous asset to our clients. He brings your event to life by coordinating all the necessary equipment and technical system requirements.
His 20 years of expertise in the rock and roll business included tours with NRBQ and the Dixie Dregs.
In the off-chance that AJ has free time, he’s into birding and photography.
Brendon Woodward
Technical Production
Every day Brendon is on the front line, directing the crew and installing the equipment to make our clients’ vision a reality. In addition to his tremendous work ethic and his team-player attitude, clients benefit from Brendon’s greatest attributes: his concern for quality and his eye for aesthetic excellence to create custom solutions to event challenges. Brendon joined our team full time in 2005, though has worked on our events in various roles for many years prior to that. He brings a fresh outlook to our world and keeps us on our toes.
Stacy’s our chief of numbers who holds the purse strings, expedites billing and keeps the office in order. She makes sure payroll is in on time, clients are billed accurately and that we get paid for our hard work. When she’s not having fun with Quickbooks, she’s enjoying her obsession of keeping our systems organized!
During her free time she turns on her right-brained and takes great pleasure in making arts and crafts, cooking, creating jewelry and yes, keeping her home organized.
Ed keeps Event Resources’ operations in sync with our clients’ needs. He has filled many roles in the music and event world since his start in 1976, and his propensity to stray outside of the lines has enabled him with a unique set of production and problem solving skills. He began working with Arnold in 1989 and joined Event Resources full time in 1996.
Allison will remove your event anxiety. By asking exactly the right questions, she knows what you need, when you need it and how to thread all the pieces together. The result? No stress for you and a problem-free event. Her expertise comes from her experience planning programs and events for Yale and the International Arts and Ideas.
Outside of work, Allison keeps busy teaching hoop dancing, being involved in the local music scene and fundraising for charities.
Swain Wallace
Technical Production
As our senior crew supervisor, Swain has worked with various size crews to bring the plan and vision of our clients’ events to fruition. He has the perfect temperament for running events: cool, calm and professional. Swain’s varied talents are greatly valued by our customers. He is amazing at remembering customer requests and details from past events, and his carpenter skills result in custom production elements for our clients. His background is too varied to list here, but he brings much wisdom to our team. Swain has been part of our team since 1998 and is well respected by all of us.
